The East Longmeadow Garden Club was organized in 1969 under the direction of our founder, Esther Rosati.

The Club has been an active organization since 1969 with an abundance of challenging projects, educational opportunities, and informative programs.  Members have been eager and intent, and their enthusiasm has inspired others.

Our purpose is to educate and facilitate interest in all phases of home gardening, better horticultural practices, civic beauty, and conservation of natural resources in East Longmeadow.

We welcome men and women from East Longmeadow and surrounding towns to join.

You do not have to be a gardener to belong, but you should have a keen interest in the above mentioned.

There can be no other occupation like gardening in which, if you were to creep up behind someone at their work, you would find them smiling.
